Lambert Roper & Horsfield, the local firm representing Mid-Yorkshire, has assisted their client in a refinancing exercise.
It is impressive that in these difficult times, and especially in the sector of construction, which has had a well-publicised downturn, the team has managed to negotiate new lending facilities for their client who operates in a specialist area of the building industry.
Handelsbanken provided a £1.2m loan facility, which will be partly used to refurbish some newly acquired business premises, and the remainder will assist on some other strategic projects.
The deal was completed in April 2012.
