Laurie and his team assisted with early negotiations on structuring the deal and agreeing a price with a purchaser. The Dyke Yaxley team also assisted in reviewing Heads of Terms, gathered information for the Due Diligence process, reviewed and advised the Solicitors on the Sale and Purchase agreement, settlement agreements and consultancy agreements.
The tax team at Dyke Yaxley also advised on all tax considerations around the disposal ensuring the vendors maximised sale proceeds.
