Using their experience, the Dyke Yaxley team led by Director, Mark Bramall and Corporate Finance Associate, Sarah Hartshorn, advised the client through various options to raise the £280k needed. The team decided Funding Circle was the best option as they presented the timeliest solution along with a comparable rate to others.
Mark and Sarah liaised with Funding Circle throughout the project and managed to negotiate a favourable rate over 5 years, where the client was able to consolidate an existing loan and take out additional funding.
The Dyke Yaxley team also assisted with preparing the application, gathering financial information and writing the application document.
The funds were in place within 2 days from receipt of signed paperwork, enabling the training business to deploy its fresh working capital to deliver excellent results for its new client contract.
