North Yorkshire-based accountancy firm Hunter Gee Holroyd (HGH), has advised a local restaurant entrepreneur on a new venture within York.The entrepreneur, who already ran one kitchen and bar within the city, identified a premise for a Brazilian style restaurant. The entrepreneur contacted the property owner and agreed on a deal to buy them out.
HGH was asked to help the entrepreneur build a viable business plan, including advice around pricing and future forecasts. This was then presented to a number of local banks to identify the best deal for financing the premises.
All options were analysed in detail by the HGH team, led by Director Mark Grewer. It was concluded thatBarclays was the best option.
The financing was successfully arranged the business has begun to trade and already established a superb reputation.
