Kay Johnson Gee LLP (KJG), a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Manchester has successfully advised Nycomm on the acquisition of Pennine Group.Headquartered in Pendlebury, the Nycomm Group comprises four main brands in Nimans, Rocom , Videonations and Pennine. The £100m-turnover group, which is spearheaded by chairman and managing director Julian Niman, has set its sights on growing to the £150m revenue mark.
The team at KJG, led by Corporate Finance Partner, Steven Lindsay, assisted with early negotiations on structuring the deal with the purchaser.
Steven and his team assisted in reviewing Heads of Terms, gathered information for the Due Diligence process, reviewed and liaised with the law firm, Kuits, on the Sale and Purchase agreement.
Their client was delighted with the outcome as they become one step closer to their growth targets.
