For the second time in as many months, Lamont Pridmore, Cumbrian based representatives of the CFN, has assisted a client with a deal in the sweet manufacturing industry.
Chris Lamont headed up the corporate finance team at Lamont Pridmore, who assisted their client with the acquisition of a UK based sweet manufacturing company. Unlike the deal which was abandoned a month previously, this deal ran very smoothly with no unexpected complications, and Chris provided general advice on the structure of the purchase.
The purchase was completed earlier this month, with Lamont Pridmore supporting the client moving forward.
