Shrewsbury based representatives of The Corporate Finance Network, Dyke Yaxley, has enabled their client to expand with a recent business purchase
Andy Young, of Dyke Yaxley, supported the client, a company in the waste industry, throughout the acquisition process, reviewing the initial financial information and conducting a full due diligence investigation on the target company.
He also played a key role in negotiations on price and Heads of Terms, working alongside McKenzie Law solicitors to formulate a deal that suited all parties.
The deal was completed in October 2011, with the client looking forward to starting new expansion plans and increasing their profitability in the new year.
