The Albert Goodman financial modeling team quickly understood their clients business and prepared detailed models and projections which were integral in obtaining 100% acquisition debt funding.
The Albert Goodman team, led by Paul, also undertook limited scope due diligence, focusing on tax aspects of the acquisition.
This was followed up with post-deal advice on restructuring, accounting and disclosure of the transaction.
The buyer was successful in gaining additional market share, adding new products to its existing product range and in removing a significant competitor from the market.
