Whiting and Partners, representing The Corporate Finance Network in the Suffolk & Cambridgeshire areas, have recently completed a large fundraising project, allowing their client to begin a new venture.
Paul Tatum of Whiting and Partners, supported the client, a company involved in construction and property development, when they were looking to renew their bank facilities. Paul assisted the client in preparing detailed financial and projections, including profit and cashflow, for the bank to review.
The negotiations with the bank were successful, leading to the client securing £2.3million of funding - a combination of renewing the existing overdraft and loan facilities used by the client, plus additional significant funding to allow the client to begin a new project.
