Williams Denton have a great bedside manner

Williams Denton, new additions to The CFN in North Wales, have made a great start to their time in the network, recently completing a disposal on behalf of their client.

Janet Jones, of Williams Denton, provided sensitive and supportive assistance to the client throughout the sale of their specialised nursing care company. The corporate finance team conducted due diligence and entered into negotiations with the new owners regarding the final payment schedule.

The deal was completed for a consideration of £2.45 million, with the final payment being made in May 2012, and Williams Denton confident they have started as they mean to go on within The CFN.
