Jeremy trained & qualified at Hammonds and was Head of Finance Law for North East before leaving in 2002 to set up his own law firm, JBL Law, specialising in banking, corporate and recovery/insolvency. In 2010 he sold his practice to Cobbetts LLP, a leading national law firm. He is also a qualified Insolvency Practitioner. JBL Law and Cobbetts are Chambers Recommended. Jeremy is also acknowledged as a leader for legal work in the invoice discounting, factoring and asset backed lending (ABL) market.
