Michelle Mathers

Michelle Mathers graduated from Leeds University with a first class honours degree and trained and worked for 8 years at Gordons LLP in Bradford and Leeds. Michelle joined Ford & Warren Solicitors in April 2006 and became a Partner in July 2006 and has since then headed up their Corporate/Commercial Team.

Michelle has experience in the full range of corporate/commercial services both in the UK, the European Union, the US, Canada and China. She has developed excellent working relationships with accountants, corporate finance experts, the Financial Services Authority and the Charities Commission and offers expert advice on a wide range of matters including on the corporate side:
