An established business sought advice from the LEES Corporate Finance team to help them structure their business in a growth-friendly manner. The LEES team, led by Corporate Finance specialist, Chris Bidgood, assisted the company with a reorganisation to put in place a group structure, transfer certain assets within the group and ensure the business is acquisition-ready.
LEES also assisted with the structuring, refinancing of debt, and the application for appropriate tax clearances as well as liaising with the legal teams acting for the client and the bank.
The deal was completed successfully to ensure the company is prepared to put in place its growth plans and asset protection.
