McBrides, a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Kent and South East London, has provided key technical advice as part of an overseas buyer of a leisure company.
The McBrides Corporate Finance Team began the project by undertaking an idnicative valuation analysis for the company. They also provided tax related support with regards to a company sale. Throughout the sale process, the McBrides team provided support to their clients legal advisers on the transaction structure forming the commercial aspects of the legal documentation. Assistance with completion matters were also provided including a final cash adjustment.
