Dyke Yaxley, a member of The Corporate Finance Network with offices in Shropshire and the United States, has successfully advised a client on the sale of their surveying and engineering company.

The business owners approached Dyke Yaxley to support with sale of the business having already agreed Heads of Terms.

Led by Corporate Finance Director, Mark Bramall, the team assisted in providing information for the Financial and Tax Due Diligence process, liaising with Grainne Walters of Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors to produce the legal documentation, and preparing a funds flow statement.

The tax team from Dyke Yaxley also assisted with the interaction of the EMI scheme and how that was impacted by completion of the deal. Plus they assisted with negotiations around the staff retention bonus scheme.
