Buyer targets Bevan Buckland’s Underwriter Client

Bevan Buckland has confirmed that a client which provided insurance underwriting services has recently sold to a consolidator in the sector, for a total value of around £30m.

Matthew Denney, Partner at Bevan Buckland, led the deal and supported with the due diligence process, tax advice including some restructuring and liaising with the legal advisers who produced the documentation.
