DSG, the member firm which is headquartered in Liverpool, with an additional office in Ewloe, North Wales, has assisted a design client who worked within the construction sector, to facilitate an exit, so that the vendor could retire.
After considering all alternatives, it was decided that the most appropriate buyer was the company’s existing management team.
Andrew Moss of DSG led the management buyout transaction, which involved carrying out a valuation of the business, establishing the best structure for the deal and handling negotiations.
The new team has now taken control of the company, leaving the founder to enjoy a happy retirement.
