DSG, the member firm which is headquartered in Liverpool, with an additional office in Ewloe, North Wales, has assisted their clients in the shipping & freight industry to sell their business to their employees using the Employee Ownership Trust model.
Andrew Moss of DSG led the transaction, which involved valuing the business, handling the mechanics of the deal, setting up the trust and supporting through the legal process.
The business is now well placed to continue its growth in the hands of its new employee shareholders.
