North Yorkshire-based accountancy firm Hunter Gee Holroyd (HGH) has advised on the business sale of a bingo hall.
Led by Kelsey Butterfield, the HGH team provided full support and guidance throughout the process. This included the preparation of valuations, conducting detailed cashflow analysis, and managing all associated tax implications. HGH additionally oversaw the due diligence process, thus ensuring the client’s position was protected at every stage.
