Johnston Wood Roach, a member firm of The Corporate Network in the Hampshire area, has supported an electrical contracting client who required further working capital.

Due to recent growth, where the company had won some large contracts with a requirement to outlay for materials, they recognised that there would be a cash flow gap as the revenue would not be received until completion of the site.

They wanted to review the market for lenders who could support, outside of their main high street bank.

Jamie Roach of JWR introduced them to their lending partner platform, Capitalise, who worked alongside them.

The client was delighted to receive an offer from Triver, who provides selective invoice finance facilities. As this lender relies on Open Banking, minimal security is required and the set up is quick, ensuring that funds could be provided promptly, enabling the management to concentrate on running the business again.
