MAP, a member of The Corporate Finance Network, based in Manchester, has supported a client with the sale of its company, a CRM software business which specialised in the dental sector.

They also reviewed the legal documentation including the appropriateness of the warranties and supplied evidence for the disclosure process.

The non-active shareholders have exited, with the remaining shareholder continuing his role of Managing Director for the acquiring company.
