Croydon-based accountancy firm MDH, has supported its estate agency client to obtain a new working capital facility.
Michael Hemme, the Founder and Managing Director at MDH was approached by his client after they wanted assistance with raising finance.
Using their partners Capitalise, their options were reviewed and it was decided that a working capital loan would be the best solution.
After approaching the market, offers were received and the client chose the lender and product which suited its needs the best.
