Richard Hallsworth led the engagement, overseeing the restructuring of the internal finance team and the implementation of a new financial accounting system. The project also introduced improved management reporting processes to support informed decision-making by trustees and senior leadership. Nicholsons further prepared detailed financial projections and successfully raised a mix of grant and debt funding to underpin the charity’s ongoing activities.
As a result, the organisation has been able to continue delivering its charitable objectives from a far stronger and more stable financial footing, with robust systems and governance now in place to support its mission for the long term.
