The client instructed TWP to lead the transaction, which was led by Andrew Goddon and Jay Gill. They took responsibility for negotiations and managing the complex accounting elements of the deal.
The sale process brought forth significant challenges, including technical issues that required careful clarification and time-sensitive negotiations to ensure completion happened within the intended timetable.
