Dyke Yaxley, a member firm of The Corporate Finance Network with offices in Shropshire and the United States, has completed an independent valuation for a business operating in the legal support services sector.

The engagement was undertaken for an existing client to support the issuance of Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) options to new shareholders as part of a wider employee incentivisation strategy.

Cian Iddison and Alan Jebb led the work, delivering the company valuation along with the preparation and submission of the EMI application to HMRC. Their role was to ensure the valuation was robust, objective, and compliant, providing a reliable basis for the proposed share option scheme.

Following completion, the client was able to proceed with granting EMI options to employees. The valuation supported a fair and transparent process, helping to strengthen employee engagement and align incentives with the company’s future growth.
