The Corporate Finance Network has published its forthcoming National Conference programme which has a theme of “The ABCD of Corporate Finance” and focuses on a range of topics around Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing and Big Data.

Speakers from a range of industries will be presenting about how these technologies are already affecting our work and what we need to prepare for as continued innovation will undoubtedly change to our working practices even further over the next few years.

Open Banking, the impact of technology on business performance with Duff & Phelps, the use of AI and digital products in the way we finance businesses from Capitalise, the way we research to gain market intelligence, communicate and advise our clients better, are all featured in this programme.

Kirsty McGregor, Chairman of The CFN explained why this theme has been chosen “The CFN is the only specialised network for independent accountancy firms who advise SMEs and we have always ensured we share with our firms the market-leading ideas and products which will allow them to provide the best advice to clients. Our member firms expect us provide them with the tools and contacts to ensure they can be the best advisers in the UK and I am delighted that this programme will continue to provide this.”
