North Yorkshire-based accountancy firm Hunter Gee Holroyd (HGH), has supported a client in securing a tailored funding package to facilitate expansion into a new city.
With Kelsey Butterfield taking the lead, the HGH team structured a deal comprising £700,000 in unsecured funding alongside £500,000 asset finance.
To achieve this, HGH prepared robust forecasts and cashflow projections, providing lenders with reassurance over the business’s ability to repay the loans and their long-term sustainability.
This assignment required a careful balance of bank support, asset-backed finance, and unsecured lending to match the client’s ambitious growth strategy.
The outcome was a bespoke solution that gave the client capacity to open their latest restaurant and continue building momentum across the hospitality sector.
The expansion has been a success, with the business performing strongly in its new city and already planning for its next location.
