LEES, a member of The Corporate Finance Network with offices in Norwich, London, and Hampshire, has advised on the successful funding of a SEN school.
Alongside Capitalise, the LEES team, led by Graham Lyon, helped secure much needed funding for their client. Due to the personal credit status of the director, there were limited options available but thanks to Capitalise’s knowledge of the market, they were able to source a fast injection of cash enabling the site expansion and purchase of equipment for the client.
The deal was completed successfully enabling the continued growth of the business under favourable terms.
