TWP, a member of The Corporate Finance Network in the South East, with its head office in Weybridge, assisted a long-standing client in the childcare sector, KOOSA Kids, through the successful sale of their business.

The client, which operated as an out-of-school club, had worked with Philip Munk of TWP for over five years, mainly on matters relating to business tax and statutory accounts. When the time came to plan their exit and progress the sale of the company, the client once again instructed Philip to support them through the transaction.

TWP provided advice and guidance throughout the disposal process, supporting negotiations on valuation, consideration metrics and advising on the transaction’s tax implications.

The team also worked closely with the client and their legal advisors to ensure that relevant sections of the Share Purchase Agreement were structured in the best interests of the exiting shareholders.
