Leading Welsh accountancy firm Bevan Buckland LLP has advised a client in the renewable energy sector on securing a £2.53 million funding package to support the development and expansion of its operations.
Andrew Silk, Associate Director at Bevan Buckland LLP, led the engagement, working closely with the company’s management team to structure and deliver a multi-source funding solution tailored to the business’s growth plans.
The funding package included £400k of equity shares, £180k of bank debt finance and £1.95m of government investment, providing the business with the capital required to accelerate the delivery of its renewable energy projects.
The successful funding round now positions the company to scale its operations and contribute further to the UK’s transition towards renewable energy.
