North Yorkshire-based accountancy firm Hunter Gee Holroyd (HGH) has advised on a fundraising to support the purchase of trading premises.
Led by Mark Grewer, the HGH team pulled together a three year, three-way forecast to support the business in securing a bank loan to purchase its trading premises. The team worked closely with HSBC throughout the process to help structure the funding in a way that met the bank’s requirements.
The assignment involved careful preparation of forecasts to give the lender confidence in the business’s future performance, ensuring the application progressed smoothly.
The successful outcome saw funding obtained at a favourable interest rate, allowing the business to move forward with ownership of its premises.
