LEES, a member of The Corporate Finance Network with offices in Norwich, London, and Hampshire, has advised on the successful management buyout of a healthcare business.
Led by Chris Bidgood, the LEES team ensured a smooth acquisition of the business from its retiring owner. This included assistance with negotiating the price and deal structure. They also worked closely with the legal advisors to assist with limited scope due diligence and negotiation of the Share Purchase Agreement.
The deal was completed successfully enabling the management team to take control of the business and secure its legacy and future development, whilst facilitating the retirement of the existing owner.
