Led by Chris Bidgood, the LEES team ensured a smooth acquisition of the business by advising on deal structure and financing. They also assisted with obtaining advance tax clearances for different aspects of the transaction ensuring the bank were comfortable with the deal structure and that the tax treatment of the transaction was confirmed.
The deal was completed successfully enabling the continued expansion of the business under new controlling interest.
