Albert Goodman’s Corporate Finance team, led by Director Neil Hutchings, have successfully advised Kindred Projects Limited on the acquisition of a property business.

Initially, the buyer sought to purchase the properties outright but later discovered they were held within corporate entities, complicating the deal.

Albert Goodman’s team provided critical buy-side financial and tax due diligence, identifying any significant risks and ensuring a thorough evaluation of equity adjustments.

Thanks to the team’s expertise, a deal was reached which both sides were pleased with and which also safeguarded the buyer’s interests.

Albert Goodman continues to assist in a compliance capacity post-acquisition. Legal support on the deal came from Kirill Bingham of Clark Willmott (representing the seller) and Marti Burgess / Ben Harris of Knights (representing the buyer).
