Nicholsons, a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Lincolnshire, supported a client in the industrial doors sector to transition ownership through the generations.
The transaction required finance which was obtained by Richard Hallsworth who led the engagement on behalf of Nicholsons. He liaised between the client and the lender, providing information, which enabled them to to underwrite the transaction, and resulted in suitable funding.
The firm also ensured that the deal was structured in both a commercial and a tax efficient manner.
The acquisition was completed with the next generation taking over the company and working to ensure its next stage of growth.
