One in five small business owners struggling with mental health issues after a year of disruption

Small business owners are reporting a mental health and welfare crisis as they wage a constant battle to save their businesses, according to a survey from ACCA UK (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and The Corporate Finance Network (CFN).

Nicholsons advises wholesaler through its succession

Nicholsons, a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Lincoln has advised the shareholders of a wholesale business on a restructuring deal to enable the founder to successfully exit from the business.

Dyke Yaxley raises £250k to help Construction firm manage demand

Dyke Yaxley, a member of The Corporate Finance Network with two offices in Shropshire and one in the United States has successfully advised the shareholders of a construction company to raise £250,000 using the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS).

UK SMEs increasingly considering closing businesses in the face of perfect storm of issues
