Leading Welsh accountancy firm Bevan Buckland LLP has advised an MBO team in the manufacturing sector.
Andrew Silk, Associate Director at Bevan Buckland LLP, led the engagement, working closely with the company’s management team to structure the deal.
Some external finance was to be provided by the company’s existing bank, so Andrew prepared financial projections and supplied various information required to support the application.
The firm also handled some restructuring matters and obtained tax clearances.
The MBO team used the law firm introduced by Bevan Buckland, DJM Solicitors.
The deal was successfully completed and the management team is now taking the company forward with exciting plans for the future.
