BSN Associates, a member of The Corporate Finance Network and based in the West Midlands, has successfully advised the shareholders of a manufacturing business on its £4.5m sale.
The BSN Associates team was approached by their client after the shareholders wanted to discuss the exit options available to them. Pippa Miller-Hawkes, Director of Corporate Finance presented all options the client had including a full company sale.
BSN Associates acted as the Lead adviser on the sale of this independent business in the manufacturer & specialist in the installation, service & repair of Aluminium, Automatic Door and Entrance systems to a large UK Listed corporate.
The deal was successfully completed and the shareholders received £4.5m.
