BSN Associates, a member of The Corporate Finance Network and based in the West Midlands, has successfully advised a management team on the buyout of their business from the owners.
BSN was pleased to work on the sale of longstanding client after the shareholders were looking transfer ownership to the incumbent management team via a management buy out (MBO).
The transaction was led by the BSN corporate finance team and involved funding from the Development Bank of Wales.
BSN’s client was delighted with the outcome and the finance accessed to fund the transaction. This is the latest successfully completed MBO of many advised by BSN in the last twelve months.
