BSN Associates, a member of The Corporate Finance Network and based in the West Midlands, has successfully advised an investment firm, GIL Investments on the acquisition of ASC Cartons (ASC).
ASC is a corrugated box manufacturer and e-commerce supplier of bespoke corrugated packaging. The BSN Associates (BSN) team was approached by their client after the shareholders wanted to discuss the acquisition financing options available to them. Pippa Miller-Hawkes, Director of Corporate Finance presented all options the client.
BSN worked closely with GIL Investments to secure funding from Frontier Development Capital and provide financial due diligence and advisory services through to SPA and completion accounts review.
The deal was successfully completed under the new ownership of GIL Investments.
