Consilium Chartered Accountants, a member of The Corporate Finance Network, Consilium has advised the owners of an Cofficient on their sale to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)
Consilium provided tax and corporate finance advisory services to the founders of the business who have sold the company shareholding to an employee ownership trust.
Cofficient is a specialist provider of Oracle NETSuite and SAP solutions to businesses across multiple sectors like retail, life sciences, financial services and manufacturing. Their clients include leading brands Ooni Pizza Ovens, Lovehoney and Actavo.
