Consilium Chartered Accountants, based in Glasgow and who is a member of The Corporate Finance Network, Consilium has advised the Hamilton Robertson on their sale to JMG Group.
Consilum undertook a full corporate finance and tax advisory service for their client right through to deal execution on the disposal of the entire share capital of the group to Greenwood Moreland Limited, part of JMG Group, an insurance industry consolidator backed by Synova Capital.
The deal enabled their client to enjoy a well-earned retirement.
