Consilium Chartered Accountants, a member of The Corporate Finance Network, provided financial due diligence services to Smedvig Capital as they invest in the Swedish tech business, Minut AB.

Based in Malmo, Minut provides remote monitoring software and hardware for rental properties and holiday homes. The $5m investment by Smedvig is the latest in a series of recent investments into fast-growing technology businesses.
Smedvig Capital invests in growing businesses in the UK, Netherlands and Nordic regions. To date, the company has invested $1.5bn via private equity funds and direct funding of $565m.
