The client had been approached by a third party looking to acquire their business. Led by Nigel Kimber, DJH Bexley assisted with negotiations around value, agreed the commercial elements of the heads of terms and project managed the transaction throughout.
The team supported with due enquiries, liaised with solicitors on the commercial aspects of the legal documentation and also provided tax advice throughout. Post-completion, DJH Bexley assisted with the preparation of the completion accounts.
