DSG, the member firm which is headquartered in Liverpool, with an additional office in Ewloe, North Wales, has assisted their clients in the freight forwarding industry to sell their business to their management team.
Jean Ellis of DSG led the transaction, which involved valuing the business, handling the mechanics of the deal, negotiating with the other parties and supporting through the legal process.
The sale achieved £8m consideration for the vendors who now move onto the next stage of their life in retirement.
