Dyke Yaxley, a member of The Corporate Finance Network with offices in Shropshire and the United States, has successfully advised a local Shropshire couple on the acquisition of an established lawn care franchise.
Led by Mark Bramall, the Dyke Yaxley team guided the buyers through every stage of the transaction. This included advising on pricing and deal structure, negotiating Heads of Terms, conducting buy-side due diligence, and reviewing the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other legal documents. The team also supported the buyers in securing bank finance, preparing financial projections and attending meetings to assist with the funding process.
