The Greenstones team created a short list of potential acquirers and contacted them all to present the acquisition opportunity to them. The eventual purchaser turned out to be one of their customers who could realize significant cost savings for the business. Simon advised the client from negotiations and through to the eventual completion of the business.
The client was delighted with the outcome and can now enjoy a well-earned retirement.
