Kay Johnson Gee LLP (KJG), a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Manchester has advised the owner of a regional multimedia business on a successful fundraise.
The KJG team, led by Corporate Finance Partner Steven Lindsay, was approached by his client when they decided to consider growth options for their business including raising capital to fund future growth initiatives. Having never had experience during such a situation, his clients sought advice from KJG to discuss the options available to them.
Steven and the Corporate Finance team assisted the client, first by reviewing fundraising options available to the business. Using their network they were able to identify a range of providers with varying terms and rates. Steven ran through the various offers available to them and guided them through the application process including building cash flow forecasts amongst other supporting documentation.
The outcome was a successful fundraise enabling the business to continue its exciting growth within the North West region.
