Kay Johnson Gee LLP (KJG), a member of The Corporate Finance Network based in Manchester has successfully advised Twenty Twenty Two on its acquisition of Black Dog Bars.

Twenty Twenty Two is a popular bar with a ping pong room and events space based in The Northern Quarter, Manchester.

KJG were approached by Twenty Twenty Two to advise the management team on their acquisition of Black Dog Bars. The KJG team, led by Steven Lindsay dealt with all aspects of the deal including financing, negotiation and deal structure to ensure a smooth process for all involved.

The result was a successful acquisition of Black Dog Bars by a new strategic and experienced owner within the sector, enabling the succession of a well-known institution in Manchester.
