Knill James, a member of The Corporate Finance Network, based in Lewes, East Sussex, has advised an Executive Recruitment firm on a Management Buy-Out.
The Knill James corporate finance team was asked for assistance when the management team of an Executive Recruitment firm wanted advice regarding a buy-out of shares from the existing owners.
Kirsty Wilson (pictured), Corporate Finance Director at Knill James led the deal from arranging a suitable structure for the business under new owners, sourcing funding for the transaction via our funding partners, Capitalise.com, and liaising with solicitors throughout. T
he deal took place through the COVID pandemic so it was important that the business was not disrupted anymore through the transaction. The business managed to sustain its growth and profitability as the management team had the Knill James team take care of deal matters from start to completion.
The deal completed at the start of January 2021 and will move forward with its growth plans under the new leadership.
